HDFC PNO - How to mail?

Anyone know how I can mail HDFC PNO??? It seems they have stopped direct communication through mail and we have to fill a form or something… whenever I fill it, it only escalates to MD Desk and no further and SAME retard only replies..
I want to escalate matter to PNO, how can I?

By replying to the email received from the MD's Desk and replacing the email ID with "pnohdfcbank@hdfcbank.com," you're directly addressing the PNO
