HDFC Pre-approved cc portal not working for me

It's been more then week now, I am getting this error every time I login to hdfc pre approved cc portal with mobile no. and dob.

I have tried clearing browser data/cache
Tried logging in with other devices
Net banking was logged out every time.

Just try again later. I used to see this error 80% of the time when I opened this portal. It's just HDFC, even their web applications are like government employees.
 
If we do to branch they simply redirect to some credit card person and when I talked to them, they said you already have one card so you can't apply for one more as your account is not showing any offer from backend and the email that you received is marketing email which is going to everyone
