HDFC Pre-approved cc portal not working for me

It's been more then week now, I am getting this error every time I login to hdfc pre approved cc portal with mobile no. and dob.

I have tried clearing browser data/cache
Tried logging in with other devices
Net banking was logged out every time.

I am 21, I don't think it's because of that.

Yes, age is be not problem, because In t&c age is showing as at least 18 yrs.

Update here if anyone found some solution....

Go to any HDFC Bank and try offline. My friend was facing same error and he got CC in this method.

Just try again later. I used to see this error 80% of the time when I opened this portal. It's just HDFC, even their web applications are like government employees.

I clicked on the cc banner in the offer section of net banking, then this popped up, not sure if this is to check pre approved offer or is it a application to apply for cc

Hdfc is having some issues on applying 2nd cc via online portal. You guys need to visit nearest branch for it and make sure to take LTF confirmation in written fron their official email address.

If we do to branch they simply redirect to some credit card person and when I talked to them, they said you already have one card so you can't apply for one more as your account is not showing any offer from backend and the email that you received is marketing email which is going to everyone
