When i click on Preferred banking upgrade offer, I get this screen.

Am I supposed to enter my HDFC Bank credentials here? What is this?

Just googled and came to know, some part of Hdfc's software is made by Zineone ( old news from 2017 );

But yaa share the screenshot and the link from where you got redirected here

sometime earlier they used to direct to chatbot eva 🤡 even though it's their own website and chatbot; that was one shit chatbot I came across. Never got upgraded through it.

Already got the EVA option last week that shit chatbot didnt even work

I did agree to T&C via chatbot. How many days it takes to upgrade the account?

Wait for confirmation from Customer care. I usually verify there offers with them before proceeding due to all these ever increasing unique method of scaming used in India and Government are helpless.

For me it didn't work. I tried multiple times and each time it raised a sr for new preffered account opening. 😂
I had to go through mail route.

If you are qualified for it, you will recieve another update from hdfc. It would be available on net banking too.
