Any one faced Issue in HDFC Re-KYC of Regalia CC... I got stuck up in temporary block.. Rewards too...

Here is the form for Re-kyc of HDFC credit cards.(attached below)
Fill the form and affix photo and do sign and attached necessary documents .

Post the self attested documents and dully filled Re-KYC form for quick response on your case.

Do customers still need to mail CC-related documents directly to Chennai themselves?! The couple of times I had to do that, I just went to the nearest non-home branch and submitted the documents to them. They took care of them, and the job was not unduly delayed either! I thought that was good service from HDFC, -- to a regular account holder too (back then)! I actually never had trouble getting satisfactory service at HDFC non-home branches in far-away towns.

Right. Then why take the trouble of going to a post office to mail it yourself at your own cost and risk?! Why not directly hand it over to HDFC and be done with it?

Hey hey.Agree.....HDFC doesnot hand over the same by stretching the hand infinitely long .They are also using the same post/courier services as used by us.Risk is always there...

If you send the by own means atleast you can come to know when documents reached and delivered to Card division.So you can ask for resolution citing document received as reason but if you sent the same via branch surely it will reach but timing you will not come to know..
