HDFC Regalia Credit Card

I applied for the TATA Neo credit card through the tata neo app 15 days back and did not active it. After that i got another offer on Regalia as LTF card for 8L limit but after verification they cancelled my application saying that you already hold the card. Tried connecting with customer care as well but no help. can someone please help me what should i do now.

Read somewhere that HDFC has started issuing Tata Nue to existing HDFC card holders as well (earlier HDFC had a limit of only one card per individual, maybe the exception is limited to only Tata Nue). In that case, even if you hold Tata Nue, they should be able to issue Regalia.

Try reaching out to grievance redressal.

From what I know that is through my research on Youtube. HDFC issues TATA Neu Credit Card for existing HDFC credit card holders. I have an existing Regalia Credit Card and when applied for TATA Neu Card they rejected due to wrong city in the address (which was automatically fed by the system based on my pincode and I did not check it before submitting my application)
