HDFC Reward points

I have HDFC credit card and as per their statement if I am spending 2540 rs then reward points are allotted only for 2500 rs expense. Is this case same for everyone?? please advise

Suppose You get 1 reward point for every Rs. 100 purchase.
So if you spend 1000, you get 10 points.
If you spend 1099, you still get 10 points.
If you spend 1100, you get 11 points.

There is no fractional point system generally in credit cards, except in the case of OneCard.

Yes correct, only on cashback cards you get percentage value.

This is very bad actually
