Would like to know if there is any charges for standing instruction on internet banking on HDFC.

not for BILLPAY

Would like to make an SI for ppf account monthly. Will there be a service charge.?

no, hdfc does not charge anything for SI.

Yes hdfc does not charge..
Axis does charge 25₹ per transaction, dont know about icici..if anyone knows please update
