HDFC SWIGGY CC APPLICATION APPROVAL TIMELINE

I applied for HDFC Swiggy Credit card and it's been two weeks now and it is still showing in process. Submitted all relevant documents and completed the video kyc along with physical verification of address by their executive. Still it is showing IN PROCESS. I got icici CC approved with in an hour of applying and axis cc with in 2 days. I don't know why HDFC is taking eternity to approve here. Tweeted the issue but they asked to track the status by their portal link. Tried to contact customer care but unable to connect as it is mentioning automated voice of my credit card status. Mailed them but still haven't received any response. I mean, is this bank for real?!

Can any one help me here, or share your your experience/suggestions?

You did your job at your own pace.

Now, let them do their job, at their own pace n as per their own processes.

My friend and I got Physical card within a week.

For me it is a second card from HDFC.

For my friend it is a first card.

If they want to approve they will approve it quickly within 1-5 days depending on ur credit profile, I got it approved on same day...chances are low of ur cc approval

I have applied a couple of months back. It was rejected first. (no apparent reason).
Yesterday it was approved and card has been dispatched.

I have received the card today and they have given only 5000 as the credit limit 🤣

If you already have a HDFC credit Card, two cards will share the limit. Limit of your swiggy card will increase to that of your other HDFC CC in a week.
