I’m sure all the HDFC customers would’ve got the mail of system update on 13th July 3:00Am to 4:35Pm, it’s very long downtime. So it means, by any chance, they’re overhauling their entire app & NetBanking interface? I mean when compared to other top banks hdfc app & netbanking site seems very basic with very limited features & annoying 5 minutes waiting period if we close the app abruptly. Does anyone from financial background know anything about this. Or it’s just regular maintenance work?. If it’s regular maintenance work then why more than12 hours time?
