Recently I get HDFC Tata Neu Infinity credit card 1st year free. so when i applied for this card hdfc can offered lifetime free. so when i get the card and i contact costumer care as mail he told its for only 1st year free and 2nd year pay the fee. then i request this convert lifetime free but they cant do so what can i do now. please help

Do nothing. UIse the card for the first year and then decide if it is worth to keep it later. One month before the anniversary month, write to them and see if they can convert it LTF. Decide accordingly.

Hi,

I’m new to TF family and not yet used to the interface. I have a few questions.

I just received a call offering me HDFC Pre approved cards life time free. Total 3, including Tata neu infinity which I want to have.
But I just got SBI Cashback cc a week ago and axis flipkart cc 3 weeks ago i guess. Before getting these cards, I also applied for hdfc tata neu through tata neu app,but left the application in the middle bcz they wanted to check my accounts’ details, but hdfc performed cibil enquiry anyway. So 3 hard pulls already in last 3 months.
I don’t have any relationship with HDFC as of now.

1.Should I continue with the application or wait for another 3 months. But I’m afraid that I wont get ltf offer.

2. And if Yes, should I first request to close the previous application and then initiate new one?
