Tata Neu Infinity credit card was approved on 16 Feb but never delivered.
Thus it was hotlisted by customer service as it was not delivered due to a technical issue at Banks end.
At the same time, they were unable to raise request for reissue of card as she was unable to verify my DoB.
My DoB details with Bank is accurate as confirmed with my other banking and credit card relationship with HDFC, but nonetheless I still gave declaration for my DoB for this card on 2nd March at a branch.
Also checked the application form for this card and it has all my details accurate.
Escalated and followed up to customer service, grievances redressal, social media handle but to no avail. The level of service seems to have gone worse than Axis. No one is taking the responsibility to fix this and never calls me with updates. Everytime I call they say, wait 2 more days.
Finally fed up and raised to RBI ombudsman today.
