Hello, I applied for HDFC LTF CC seeing their offer on December 21, 2024.

On December 30, they tell me I need to courier documents to a Chennai address:



I ignore this printing and courier business completely as this is too much effort for CC.

But today (January 08, 2024) I received an SMS letting me upload documents online:



Which redirects to this page:



Is this VK-HDFCBK and https://curable-hdfc.ubona.com/ legitimate or phishing? Any experience?

You need to look at the url...it is ubona.com means not official HDFC site.
The emailid is also @hdfcbank.net again fake.

Best to call customer care and check. Since ubona also do IVR call centre not only for hdfc but also other banks like ICICI. But before clicking any suspicious link, it's better to call the bank and verify.

Ok...I have earlier noticed emails only from @hdfcbank.com. Ubona also appears to be a legit 3rd party.

But before you go ahead, it's better to check with the bank.
