HDFC vouchers for newly opened account

I recently opened HDFC digisave youth account through payzapp application.
Now , how will I get Rs 250 Amazon voucher for account opening through payzapp.

I received an email where it is written that on first transaction on moneyback debit card I can get voucher of upto 650 .

Now , where do I spend through debit card and of how much amount to get voucher.

They are asking for some email of voucher and sender receiver details with date and time

No idea. They just rejected my request.

They asked for complete offer details but in the app it just shows open account and get 250 voucher

Looks like they don't give any gift.
After opening account, I received 1 year Times Prime voucher free from HDFC Bank
