help me identify the correct merchant name

I was checking my old statements of my citi credit card and found a txn done on 18 dec 2023 for which i can't remember the purpose for the txn and merchant name mentioned in statement isn't very clear which could have helped me to identify the txn reason
I already contacted cc of axis bank but they are only providing the details shown in my statement, i asked them about gst registered business name but they denied

the txn was probably done by me but i still want to know why and where was it done

I hate this when improper or payment gateway's name is used for a settled txn

i mailed them about it and they are saying they don't have mcc code about this transaction

If you Retain OTP sms's then check there. Sometimes merchant name changes after txn I've noticed this in Axis usually they call it other debits then I search for txn amt and get txn otp there it's almost everytime.

i export the sms usually but my last export was in nov 23 and then in june 2024

and messages from dec 23 are missing

i am thinking to dispute this txn

Resolved my own query by myself once again xD

Here are the details
30000 was due for my citi card which was to be paid on 12 dec, i paid bill by hdfc dc but it took some extra time and the payment due date was already passed, citi cc advised me to pay amount via neft and take credit balance refund after settlement of first bill payment

There were unbilled outstanding of ~6000 in that month, they deducted that amount and refunded 24241 to my bank account, and because of the recent merger axis bank's employee weren't aware about that form of statement entry and since it was not a debit transaction they weren't able to provide MCC code for the same

How did i found about this ? checked the total due of the statement and that particular txn was not counted in total due and then the whole incident clicked in my mind
