I’ve been a loyal CRED customer for the past 4-5 years and have always appreciated the services and offers provided. However, recently, I’ve found that my ability to shop on the CRED Store has been restricted, and I received a notification saying I breached CRED’s terms and conditions.
I want to clarify that I have not violated any of CRED’s guidelines. Over the years, I’ve only ordered about 12-13 items, and the few returns I made were for 3-4 items — nothing unusual or against the platform’s policies.
I’m frustrated as I’ve enjoyed using CRED’s services and would love to get this sorted out. Has anyone faced a similar issue? If so, could you please share any advice or steps I could take to resolve this? I’ve already reached out to CRED support, but I’d appreciate any insights from fellow members on how to get my account unblocked.
I’ve also contacted CRED’s customer support, but they haven’t been able to provide me with any specific details on which terms I allegedly breached, nor have they unblocked my access to the CRED Store.
