Help needed for HDFC Credit Card Application issue

I have applied HDFC swiggy credit card on 18th october 2024 from swiggy App, after giving all the details at the final page it was just loading and loading i have waited and tried next day and after two days same thing, It was only loading no result is been shown, CIBIL enquiry has been made and i got a credit card application number, when i am cheking it on HDFC tracking page it is showing "In process" I have complained to customer care " He said to apply again by offline mode, some documents were missing so we were unable to complete your previous application" I have escalated but again the same answer. I already having a credit card and a salary account with HDFC and i am ready to provide all the necessary and required documents but they are saying the application is archived and apply again. I have taken one cibil enquiry and stress for 30days what should i do now?
is there any benefit complainining to RBIO?

First write it to credit cards servicing team of HDFC and then to Nodal/Grievance/Appellate Authority of HDFC attaching the response from CC Servicing Teams.
If that doesn't resolve the issue, then go to RBI Ombudsman.

There is no point discussing this issue with HDFC, raise to nodal and go to RBI. But, I don't think RBI will interfere in this case, as approving CC is is banks discretion, but might get inquiry removed.
