Help needed for indusind credit card

Hi, guyz my father holding indus aura edge credit card, today he received his legend card.Now how can I open select account?? Coz the customer I'd is already activated. any solution, how to activate this card and open a select acc in a single entity??

Only one word: Visit branch.

Ask them to open account under same customer id. Now they got option to open previous two customer id creating by branch people but now it can be opened on single customer id.
