[Help Needed] How to redeem SBI Swiggy GV?

Redeemed SBI CC RP for Swiggy Vouchers (2000 RP for 500 INR i.e. 0.25 INR per RP) instead of Amazon (2500 RP for 500 INR i.e. 0.20 INR per RP).

Received QR Codes one day later.

Swiggy Money needs GV PIN Code also, which is nowhere in Mail. Link of 'how to redeem' DOES NOT work. Neither is it archived in WayBack Machine. Nor is the award available in 'SBI Cards Shop & Smile' portal.

The Swiggy Money redemption has disappeared from my redemption options. If anyone can help, please do. I will call them tomorrow if unable to figure it out.

I finally got usuable GVs.
I contacted SBI Cards using 'Compose Mail' option on web, asked them to send GVs again. They reverted and asked details like RP redemption amount, redemption date, reference number etc. I replied as soon as I got SMS about update on the interaction.
They processed. 2hrs later I received both SMS and email with vouchers. GV numbers are same but now they have PIN. Redeemed (added in Swiggy Money).

Whole process took 3 days. My mail- they asking details & my reply- they processing.
