Help needed! No refund issued for failed transaction via Ebix prepaid card.

My money got deducted from ebixcash but transaction failed at payzapp today. I will email to help@ebixcash.com tomorrow as few of them mentioned, hopefully my refund comes through

For me emailing to help@ebixcash.com helped.
I got the refund in 2 days

It's already 14-15 working days and refund has not been credited. I think there are more people with same issue. Kindly post a disclaimer regarding this on X.

I understand that refund is mostly credited within 7 working days and I've never faced such issues the past 10 years I've been transacting online. So there is some issue either with payzapp or Ebix and I think people should be aware about that.

You will get refund within a week (max 7 working days), just send email after 7-8 working days. If you still not receive your refund.
