Help on Amex late payment

Hi,
I just missed my American Express bill payment. The due date was yesterday & I paid the bill today, which as per cred was settled instantly.
Will this be reported as a late payment? Is there a way where i can request Amex not to consider this as a late payment?

Yes, please request Amex to not to report it as delayed payment.
They generally consider it,as it is only one day delay…and also there is 3 days grace period advised by RBI…
Write to them / speak to them..
It will not be an isuue at all

no amex will not report this as late payment

No, 3 days grace period,. You can talk to amex support too.

There is a grace period of 3 days to clear the payment. So it won't be a late payment. No need to worry about that

I’m in the same boat
Paid to a wrong amex card on 10th
Due date is 11th and realised by blunder after 12 am on 12th
Paid the amount immediately on the correct card this time
Amex says no late fee will be charged but will this be reported on cibil?
