City of residence is Mangalore. But any city Airport agent number will do. Probably just have to mail them the documents yea
Airport agents can only process physically. You can give them your PAN/Aadhaar and they can hold you application. Made this mistake 2 weeks ago at BOM. Heard it from the agent on WhatsApp herself
