HELP! Stuck with "Identity verification"

Calling 02261404300 doesn't help -- you just get to hear generic pre-recorded advice. The chat didn't help -- they said they'll schedule a call which never came. And what if I'm busy when they call? Looks like they have an info@cibil.com email ID which I emailed. Any way out to get unstuck (short of travelling to Mumbai to CIBIL office)?

no way unfortunately, they've monopolised the system we are left helpless. I've also tried mailing to several id's but I've never recieved any response.
 
I got unstuck -- looks like after it tells the usual five options, if you wait, you get the option to dial 9 and speak to an executive. Did so, they asked some questions on my credit accounts, and they opened up my ID.
