Help to understand Business / economy class letters or codes

Hey Guys,
In Qatar air, I found this while checking for an upgrade from Economy to Business. (Screenshot below)

I see (B, H, Y) (O,T,N,Q) and (V,L,K,M,S)

What does that mean exactly? As the points required significantly differ between them.

can anyone who has an understanding of this help me understand what those terminologies are?

Gosh! Never knew that passengers travelling in Qatar Airways Business Class on Lite fares have to pay for seat selection and lounge access.
