Help!! unable to register the upgraded card in hdfc smartbuy

I upgraded my regalia card to regalia gold recently but I'm unable to re-verify the new card in smatbuy(https://offers.reward360.in/regalia/rewards) to redeem points I'm getting this error: The card details entered is not enabled. Kindly revalidate and enter card credentials as per Bank’s records. How to fix this problem

Try after 1 day of card activation and try another browser, if still issue persist call customer care and share screenshots
