Help with HDFC Reward Statement

I hold an Infinia Metal with renewal in June. I am supposed to have 12.5k points added to my balance. Yet the Rewards points numbers dont make sense

Can someone explain the meanings of the headers
1) Feature + Bonus RP Earned
2) Disbursed
3) Adjusted/Lapsed

How is it that for June my balance change (Closing - Opening) is only 2.3k

1) Feature + Bonus RP Earned : 1X + Bonus (4X or 9X)
2) Disbursed: Used/ Reimbursed/ Utilised
3) Adjusted/Lapsed: Expired or Returns Adjusted.

For the annual bonus points I guess points will be credited after realisation of fees payment. So must be in next cycle. Same happened with brother millennia. Payment was done this cycle, voucher was given later may be 30 days or so. So just wait for this cycle.

My Infinia is 6 months old, so not sure of Infinia next year, because I have completed my annual spend milestone

Now if we calculate for Jun'24 from Image 1

Change in balance = Closing Balance - Opening Balance = 65978-63619 = 2359 (LHS)
(Feature + Bonus RP Earned) - (Disbursed) - (Adjusted/Lapsed) = 15987 - 8978 - 4650 = 2359 (RHS)

Now my Question is where are the RP's from the Image Jun'24 - 2 going. The total is 13217 points and I am not seeing them in closing balance or on the Smartbuy website

You’re asking multiple different questions each time. See first set of query is heads which we answered and renewal fees points also credited.

For the balance math about points calculation please go through any txns made by you or not. Any cancellations, refund or redemption.

Got the issue, Thread can be considered resolved

The total in "Reward Program Points Summary" is just additional information. It is already counted in the header for Feature + Bonus RP Earned
