Hi, Currently I am a user of IDFC select account, which I got by maintaing 3 lakhs for 6months , but now I want to upgrade account to idfc wealth ,

Now they told me to maintain 10L for a 1 month after that they will upgrade my account to idfc wealth programme, but they also warm me if I can't maintain 10L in the future they degrade my account to basic or select, is it really possible or they lied to me , pls suggest me what to do now ?
