Thi is important.. BM had to fill some form and recommned our account to be upgraded to the Radinace..
That was what my BM did about a week ago..

I still didnt understant this sparkle thing..
you are saying there are 3 tiers wtithing Radiance. and again saying it should not Sparkle it should be Radiance..

what does this sparkle mean.. and when did you get this sparkle.. today or a few days ago?

I got this sparkle tag today only and confirmed this with the Radiance customer care team.
This was also confusing to me. I didn't understand what he was actually trying to say. Most of the time, he asked to visit branch.
First he said, my account is under Radiance. then when I mentioned Sparkle, he said, Sparkle comes under radiance only. he told me there are 3 categories under Radiance.
but when I asked him about Sapphire DC and Eterna CC as a complementary benefit on the Radiance account. he told me if my account had more than 30L MAB, it should come under Radiance. and for this again asked me to connect with BM.

I havenot spent much time on Marquee card lately..

So digging a little bit deep now..


In the case of 8 free guest lounge access it is now confimred that the 8 were shared between Domestic and International equally by this SS available on the Marquee page...

So 8 Guest passes = 4 Domestic + 4 International... per calendar year ( not card anniversary) ..

First I got to dela with BM , and his assistant , some clerk in opening my account..
I opened the account abut 2 weeks ago. and I didn't take my Passpost photo at that time..

he tried the whole day. and then next day, he was able to open the account. Only asked OTPs over call.

I have called him only 3 times in the last month to check the Radiance upgrade. I know he called everywhere from city main branch to whomever he can.
he sent multiple emails to Radiance team, kept me in CC on those mails. he himself didn't get any reply and now this. lol.

will check with him tomorrow and finalize this. I want finnacle screenshot for eterna and this sapphire debit card as free. will ask him if can do this now. rest doesn't matter.

You are right. But now as my status is in HNI. I can ask him to issue me those cards and if charges come, ask him to waive off.

Can you quote which one are free in your portfolio and what is the mab you are maintaning

Rupay Select is free with BOB Rise (10L TRV), Sparkle & Shine Tiers*. The best part is that the tiers are TRV based. And BOB offers 7.25% on FDs which is better than what is offered by some private banks (You misers, Axis & ICICI, I'm referring to you)

You also get a Visa Signature DC free with SBI Wealth (30L TRV), which I'm pretty sure can be swapped for a Rupay Select

These details, I already know. But the customer care team said. it's Radiance only. Then asked if my QAB is more than 30L. I am confused. My QAB was more than 30. still it's tagged under Sparkle. What about acc having more than 30L QAB. what tag do they get?

I think, your BM didn't request for Radiance upgrade..
It automatically picked up your account based on QAB and put you in the sparkle..

If your BM recommended you for Radiance, it should have been done on the basis of TRV ( not QAB).

In this case, TRV of 30L for existing customers and TRV of 10L+ for NTB would have done the trick to get into Radiance..

I think your BM still can do this Radiance upgrade based on your TRV .. no need to wait for another quarter I believe, may be end of month balances will be considered for TRV.. so technically your BM can do your Radiance upgrade based on TRV as on July31st...
