High value spends card combination

Hello there. Which card combination would be best for the below spends?

1) Interiors for property
~35L (Single or split payment in a month)

Considering Magnus for the reward multiplier using as single payment.

2) Property registration and stamp duty charges ~12L

Most of the cards have excluded govt transactions so pretty dicey on this one.
Was thinking Atlas
Is there any way to maximize using different combinations?

My current cards include Magnus, Atlas, M&M axis, Vistara SBI and few other normals cards. Magnus is already free for next year as I had achieved the spends. Other than reward multiplier don't see any other benefit.
Not sure about the registration part though.

if you dont have magnus with burgundy then your rewards will be capped at 5L
and magnus has much more exclusions compared to infinnia
althoug magnus at 5:2 is 2.4% net returns vs infinnia at 2:1 is 1.75%
My idea was to put the interiors on Magnus as it falls under eligible spends. So that's 5L + points earned. Only concern is for the govt transaction.
I also believe the reward capping is for redemption and not earn

For your spends
Take 2 atlas in family
Do 15 lakhs + 15 lakhs transaction
Remaining 4 lakhs pay using Platinum Travel

For property management
Use IDFC Wealth and earn 3x If it's offline and 6x if it's online.

This is the best return any card would give.

IDFC Wealth gives 10x for anything above 30K in a month, so it is 2.5% regardless of whether it is offline or online. Still Infinia beats it with base rate at 3.3
Atlas may be the best option here

The official reward rate is different and the actual reward is bit different
Also IDFC wealth is life time free , and Infinia comes with JF and annual fees of 12500 for which it gives 12500 points but the GST is still payable.
For a once of 12 L property management payment it's good to take a LTF and get the returns later you can keep the card or close it as per your will.

agreed

atlas purely travel card so 4% is good
considering infinia 3% flat reward usage like anywhere is more rewarding that atlas
rewards are usually variable from person to person.
i would choose infinia over atlas all the time considering the flexibility to choose the RP
True
I would rather choose Atlas till 15 lakhs , then Plat travel for 4 lakhs post that if any further spend can be moved to DCB .
As Amazon vouchers are incurring surcharges on smart buy so for me I would use Amex reward multiplier with my GC and MRCC , post that as smartbuy is of no use to me I would choose DCB over Infinia for 2 reasons ,
it offers the exact same reward rate as Infinia , it's easily available LTF and even if not LTF just 5 lakhs spend would waive off the charges.
