Home branch for joint account holders

I have a joint savings account in SBI in Chennai with my mother and we are having individual CIF( Customer identity). I want to transfer my mother home branch alone to a different location. Is it possible

Account can be transferred oneline if single holder, if joint request has to be raise at branch.

CIF plays a difference role, with same CIF, you may have multiple accounts like saving, current, joint, ppf, etc with different branch.

Have you tried contacting the Branch and asked for the same?

CIF is at KYC level. Home branch is at acct level.

Seems both terms got mixed, hence creating confusion.
With 1 CIF you may be have 10 different kinds of accounts, not VICE versa.
