home loan (need answer to this question)

need home loan of around 30 to 40 lakhs,(buying price of home 1.3cr in bengaluru)
salary :1lakh
cibil:775+
age :59
problem is only 1 year of service left .
only question is will i get this home loan OR not( i asked for icici they said nooo and i asked for axis they said no)

any small bank like AU / idfc will give home loan?

They are new that doesn't mean they will pass a loan to anyone without analyzing. You may try though.
You can try Bajaj Finance or Shriram Finance, from what I know they take risker bets but the interest rate will be way higher.
No personal experience.
