Horrors of points transfer from Axis to United

I transferred over 4.8 lac points from Axis to United on friday. the points have still not come to my united account. On writing multiple mails, all i hear is, since it's a big amount, Bank team is reviewing it. God knows how much time they need to review it.
Is there anyone from Axis on this group, who can help on this front? Please help.

i generally do 50-75k at a time as a rule...

I did a small transfer which was don in 2 days ( 10k). Then did few lkh+ transfer which was done in a week.

I transferred around 1L points and it took 2 days
