DCB Hotel booking using DCB credit card and other alternatives

My brother wants to book multiple rooms for 8-10 guests with 3-4 days duration. Choice of hotels are either ITC or IHG branded only.
He has having Diners Black but drawback is even using smartbuy portal, per day limit is 2500 RP so maximum he can book hotel with 7,500/- only.

So need suggestions what should be next best option for maximum returns? he has below cards with good limit.
1. Diners Black
2. ICICI Amazon Pay
3. SC Ultimate
4. Yes Marquee
5. HDFC Tata Neu infinity

in this case, go with ultimate you'll get 10k marriott voucher for these spends.

Sure, i think then marquee leads followed by DCB. flight vouchers are most useful for my brother.
