Axis Magnus Hotel Booking via Magnus Points

Does someone has detailed information on hotel bookings via Accor, MB, IHG, etc. via points? I want to understand if I can book hotels for family members via points transfer from Magnus. I read in a thread that IHG hotels can be booked via points for someone else but no Accor and MB but we can surely transfer our EDGE REWARDS to someone else' MB or Accor Account, right?
