First email sbi for decline reason which they don't share 100%
Then fill RBI ombudsman against SBI cards for decline reason of your application. From that you actually know the resolution of decline.
Don't make any new enquiry for 10 months.
Close cards that have no use for you.
In this period try to find out a good knowledgeable SBI agent & try you application offline. Keep in contact with agent till you application decision has been made because sbi has many issues in kyc.
