How difficult is it to get LE

I have been trying to get my hands on Wealth CC tried applying twice and only Millenia was offered. Today got a notification for 500 bonus Voucher if I apply so just checked and got this offer.

Worth Applying? I already did. Also how difficult is it to get LE and do they do it C2C or based on income and if yes is there any cooldown before I can request.

I get offered Millenia as well everytime I try to apply for Select. Do you have a Savings account with IDFC? Where did you get the 500 bonus voucher notification?

Yes I have account (2months old) which was upgraded to first select only 3 days ago. Debit card hasn't arrived yet. Notification was a normal one in notification shade on device from IDFC bank app.
