How difficult to find ticket availability with Vistara card voucher

Hi I am thinking to apply for Vistara credit card either the one with 1.5k fee or 3k fee, mainly to get a free ticket.

My question is how difficult to book ticket with joining/renewal voucher. Is it easier to find a ticket using basic economy voucher than economy premium voucher? Also can I somehow check voucher based ticket availability without having any voucher and 0 points.

If you book in advance, it'll be available. Cant say anything with last minute booking
