How do I take my spouse to the Bangalore international terminal Lounge?

I hold IDFC Credit Card where the card has four lounge access only for the primary card holders and no add'l guests are allowed.

How do I take my spouse for the lounge with my primary card only? Any suggestion are appreciated.

Also, please suggest for international lounge access too.

I was in a similar situation once at Trivandrum Airport. I had IDFC Wealth CC using which I generated 2 QRs from Dreamfolks. But you can only use 1 QR code for entry, next one should be used after 4-5 hours. I politely asked the receptionist to take picture of the 2nd QR and scan it later after 4-5 hrs. After some hassle, he allowed us to go inside. This may not work at other lounges; you can just try.

Some folks said card must be registered in spouse name on dream folks and generate one qr code. Then delete the card from spouse account and add it under my name in dream folks and generate again a new qr code for entry. Do you think this works?
