Do you mean just track the total usage (so that we can know if the yearly spending milestone is achieved), or is it like you are asking how to track spend per each category etc?
The first one is easier, in all bank apps, you can just get last 12 months statement and we can see total amount. But to sort it category wise, it is difficult, and to some extend, not required.
I use Dime(iOS) and manually input expenses. It’s pretty quick to do through the widget. And it’s free without any ads and tracking. Nice interface too.
