How i can get Sbi rupay irctc 350 rewards points; yet Not received

I have not received 350 reward points on transaction in sbi irctc rupay card. Is there any other criteria which I am missing

You have to share more in detail, is the transaction settled, amount of transaction?

Was the transaction fuel or cash spend?

I made around 15+ transaction in a month inculding upi payment, Shopping on amazon,Flipkart,ट्रेन ticket. Etc
