How long does SBI take to reflect the CC bill payment on their app or website

I paid my first bill on SBI cashback card via cred a week back and it still hasn't reflected in their website or mobile app... After mailing them through app, they say they have received the payment on 4th august but it still doesn't reflect... I have escalated this issue in their app... Any idea why is this happening and is it due to cred? Any other app recommendations to pay the bill so it gets reflected immediately

I think in-app payments should also be settled quickly. Wait for 2-3 hours and then take a call.

Try Google Pay (Basically any BBPS integrated app). It gets settled very quickly if not instantly. I have tried from Google Pay, HDFC BillPay and Amazon Pay. All payments from the three of them were instantly settled
