Can anyone explain in calculation on how much I need to pay?

Is it "total dues - this transaction value + first installment (149089-110274.33+14064.17 = 52,878.84)?? + processing fees & GST maybe?

Just pay the outstanding after the EMI settles. But yeah, confirm with CC.

Always confirm these things with customer care team- better on email. So that if anything goes wrong, you will have a solid proof of doing what they asked.

Happened same with me. Mailed them 3 days ago, yet to receive a reply.

Me converted my balance to EMI in KOTAK after the bill generation.
Due date is 13 May. Don't know how much to pay? Wrote a mail today. Waiting for reply as the minimum amount shows as ZERO.
Hope i need not pay anything this month. Not sure.
