How to activate priority pass

Guyz I'm holding yesbank elite card , it has 3 international lounge access via PP , when ever I'm trying to create an account in PP it's showing like this how to create this account??

No need to activate PP account. Simply tell that you are a priority pass member and present your credit card for authorisation.
