how to apply Citi bank credit card if issue in online application?

i live in Delhi and job in Paytm I want to apply Citi bank credit card. I will try online apply but not accepted my form plz give me anyone idea for applying Citi card

I there is any issue with the online form then you can try applying offline or through an agent.
