How to apply for LTF credit card(C2C, agent) ?

I am new to credit cards and I saw a few threads of people applying 'C2C' or 'via agent' for LTF credit cards
Normally when I try to apply on a bank's website, I see the annual and joining fees for the cards.
What are these LTF methods?
How do I contact this agent? Should I call a bank's customer care and directly ask for LTF cards?
I have savings account only with 2 banks. Will banks give LTF without any relationship with them?

Maybe, if you can tell us which card you are interested in and which two banks you have a banking relationship with, we can guide you better.

Sure. I have accounts with HDFC and SBI and I have HDFC Millennia LTF
Now how do I ask Axis bank or even SBI for LTF cards?

Axis runs promo offer from time to time on their entry level cards so you have to watch out for that and SBI there are no LTF cards, but use it, for at least a year and closer to renewal, negotiate with them and convert it to LTF. Again all this gyaan is only for entry level cards 😂 because for Premium or Super Premium cards it's very difficult to get LTF for both the banks.
