How to change BOB Username

Hi, I opened a BOB Lite savings account online. I got a user ID and password for net banking by email. Is there any way to change the username? I contacted the customer ticket, and they said I have to disable the current net banking by visiting the branch. I visited the branch and did it. After that, when I try to register again, it shows the user has already net banking.

I tried that, too. When they tried to create the Netbanking, there was no option to enter the username. It's automatically generating. If we create it, then we can only set our own username.

Nhi hota username change. System generated hi hota hai vo. Ghajini ki tarah usko tattoo kara ke rakho. 😅

BOB is one of the only banks besides faaltu ones like Karnataka Bank, SBM Bank, Thane Janata Sahakari Bank, NKGSB where we cannot customize/change user name to a more friendlier one.
