Hi, I'm just wondering if there is a way to change my card type from Intermiles to Regalia. Recently, the bank has increased my credit limit but has not changed the card. Intermiles is no use for me. It's been with me for almost 4 years. I called customer service and requested bank personnel and still no success.
Any suggestion or advice will be much appreciated. Thanks.
PS: By the way, if Regalia is not possible, I am open to changing to something else. Just want to get off from Intermiles because it is useless for me.
