How to check Status on HDFC diners club privilege CC

I have applied for the hdfc diners club privilege card yesterday.
.
now I have a few Questions.

on HDFC tracking website my 'hdfc diners club privilege' card is showing - Status: DELIVERY.
1. what does it means?
2. I haven't yet received any verification call from HDFC
3. how many days it took from status- delivery to dispatch

few facts.
I have applied online.
I have preferred current ac @ hdfc
I have given access to my current ac in process (in the application process)
I have MoneyBack credit card from HDFC (with a very low limit & not using it at all)
also, I haven't received any sms or email from HDFC team (rather than OTPs)

so, should I wait for the call? or it is already approved? as it is showing Status: DELIVERY
