How to claim axis bank activation benifits?

Hey there!!!

I just got sms from axis regarding my voucher. But in order to claim it i have to create a account on a thrid party website. But when signing up it's asking for so called "membership ID" and that i don't know what is.

I tried entering customer id but it didn't work... Anyone who've gone through same issue?

You would have also received membership id in your registered email/sms. Sample attached.

In case you haven't received the membership id yet, raise a ticket with support and they will resend your membership id.

Thanks for clarifying. I didn't recieve any such ID on either of the platforms. Will contact bank for it.

I had to call CC for the voucher itself, they sent it on call.

Yes in my case as well I had a chase but I was never disappointed with their services and resolutions. Don't worry, you will get the membership id.

Did you get the Membership ID? I'm also on the same boat.
