how to close Flipkart pay later account from cibil.

Recently (3month ago) i closed my Flipkart pay later account, but still in cibil score it is showing as active.

My lending partner is IDFC FIRST BANK.

Please suggest some way to close it from cibil.

I closed long back in 2020.
DM IDFC First Bank on Twitter and tell them to do it on an urgent basis.

I have closed 3 IDFC pay later accounts. In my case, it got closed automatically in all bureaus automatically after issuance of NOC. Experian takes so much time to update as it's slowest credit bureau in India.

Call Flipkart Customer care. They will close it.

First download Experian credit report to know your IDFC First Bank Flipkart Pay Later loan account number

then email Level 1: Banker@idfcfirstbank.com Level 2: Head.customerservice@idfcfirstbank.com
PNO: Pno@idfcfirstbank.com to close your loan account and send noc for the same.

Bro, how did you closed your pay later account?

1. Call Flipkart customer care
2. download Experian report and find loan number and lending partner name (mine was IDFC) in that report.
3. then mail idfc first bank that your loan account is closed please give me noc for that.

if idfc just reach them on twitter and ask them to close and give them the loan number..worked for me
gone from cibil in 30 days

Asked Flipkart to close. They said they are having error on their end. (Mine is inactive account for sometime- couple of years).
Directly asked IDFC Bank to close it.(Sent Mail to Banker at IDFC).

Any recommendations? Suggestions?
