How to close Ola Money Postpaid?

Anyone knows how to close an Ola Money Postpaid Account.

I mailed to care@zipcash.in and support@olamoney.com however except for receiving an automated revert from support@olamoney.com no update.

Any ideas on whom do I reach out to next.

I think OLA Postpaid is not reported to any CIC, only OLA Postpaid Plus is.

I closed it by dropping a mail to them and got confirmation email and checked my Ola account postpaid option is not available.
